| People’s State of the City is this Thursday, April 28 at 6:30 PM. It’s a wonderful event that always helps me understand how the lives of those of us who live in Long Beach are intertwined. I always learn something new when I attend the People’s State of the City. Long Beach is a diverse city and a great city, but there is still work to be done to make it an equitable city for all who live here.
